About Letters

These are letters written by global actors in the international community to speak against the injustice and religious persecution leading up to violation of human rights that Shincheonji is facing today. The very letters have been sent to representatives in the Government of the Republic of Korea, which collected personal information of Shincheonji members during the early stage of the COVID-19 outbreak (both Koreans and non-Koreans and Daegu and non-Daegu residents). The messages express concern and recommend necessary measures that need to be taken to overcome the crisis that suppresses religious freedom and to protect the civil rights overlooked by the government.
